Fill out the application form. Click on the Services menu item to select a logo or corporate identity package that better suits your needs. You will be taken to the order form, where you will need to provide your contact information and fill a short design questionnaire. This design survey is very important for the design process and will help us create for your company the best image possible. Please take your time. We need to know your business, your customers, your company's philosophy, your taste, and your ideas in order to personalize the logo design and make the logo clearly communicating your company's image, goals, and values.
| 2 STARTUP |

After filling the order form you will be able to process your payment in real time by credit card or PayPal. We require only 50% deposit to start working on your logo. The remaining balance is due upon your final approval of the logo or identity. The highest security of the transaction you make with DeluxeLogo is guaranteed by the trusted third-party payment processors, 2CheckOut and PayPal. After receiving your order form, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm receipt of the order and answer any questions concerning your logo project.
| 3 DESIGN |

We will start working on your logo immediately after receiving your order and payment. In 2 business days we will present you the initial designs by sending them via email as GIF/JPG previews. You will be able to review the drafts and choose the one or more with which you would like to proceed. We strongly encourage you to provide us with a detailed feedback that will help us understanding your taste and design preferences.
| 4 FINE-TUNING |

We then can start improving the chosen logo according to your tastes. On each step you give us your comments to presented designs, and we make necessary changes following your suggestions. There is neither a time limit, nor an extra charge on making modifications.
On each step we get closer to the final design, presenting you numerous variations and alterations as following your suggestions as on our own, if we feel some changes you didn't think of may improve the design and give it especially fresh look.
| 5 STATIONARY |

When all the changes have been done and you've approved your new logo, we will ask you for the stationery information if you need one. We will continue the look and feel of the logo throughout the business cards, letterheads, folders and other company stationery you need. We apply the same revision process to your stationary design, depending on the package you've chosen. |

| 6 DELIVERY |
|
When you are completely satisfied with the final work, we will send you a Logo/Stationary Kit with the files for almost every purpose (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, WMF), along with a Color/Font Guide, and a short User Manual, which will help you, your printer, and your web designer to apply the logo and stationary without any problem. The files and documents will be sent via e-mail or for extra charge by FedEx express mail service on a CD.
