Precision Escrow, Inc is a new escrow company serving San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. They provide escrow services to real estate buyers, sellers, and borrowers, ensuring safety and quality of transactions. Precision Escrow's personnel are proficient in every aspect of the escrow process from coordination of insurance converge to collection and disbursement of all money.

Precision Escrow wanted their identity both elegant and sophisticated, and at the same time simple and modern. It had to project the professionalism and precision to win trust of sellers, buyers, real estate agents, mortgage companies and banks. They wanted something that plays with the letters (i.e. P & E) and with special color effects, but with minimal number of colors.
